These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the terms of use for the services offered by BATAL SAS. By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following provisions.

Article 1 - Scope of Application:

Article 1.1 These GTCS apply to all services provided by BATAL SAS, including boat management, maintenance, and rental.

Article 1.2 Any order or subscription to our services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Article 1.3 In case of any contradiction, the specific terms stated in a contract shall prevail over these GTCS, provided that prior written agreement has been obtained.

Article 2 - Terms of Use for the Website and Services:

Article 2.1 By accepting these GTCS, you declare that you are of legal age and have the required legal capacity.

Article 2.2 Any fraudulent or illegal use of our services is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the contract.

Article 2.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information to ensure the proper execution of the services.

Article 3 - Subscription and Cancellation:

Article 3.1 Any request to subscribe to a service must be confirmed by a signed contract or quotation.

Article 3.2 In case of cancellation before the start of the service, administrative fees may be applied.

Article 3.3 We reserve the right to cancel a service for legitimate reasons (force majeure, non-payment, inaccurate information provided).

Article 4 - Services Offered:

Article 4.1 We handle contract management, payments, and insurance related to your boat.

Article 4.2 We provide preventive and corrective maintenance operations according to current industry standards.

Article 4.3 We manage the entire rental process, including tenant selection and post-use inspection.

Article 4.4 Personalized services (skippers, specific equipment) can be offered upon request.

Article 5 - Pricing and Payment Terms:

Article 5.1 Service prices are specified in quotations and may be adjusted in the event of cost variations.

Article 5.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card.

Article 5.3 Any late payment will result in penalties (1.5% per month) and the suspension of services until payment is settled.

Article 6 - Termination:

Article 6.1 Termination by the Client

The client may terminate their contract by sending written notice with a 30-day notice period.

Article 6.2 Termination by BATAL SAS

Termination may occur due to non-compliance with the GTCS, non-payment, or harmful behavior.

Article 6.3 Consequences

In case of termination, services already provided remain payable.

Article 7 - Liability:

Article 7.1 Liability of the Client

We commit to providing services that comply with current standards but cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or unforeseen technical issues.

Article 7.2 Liability of BATAL SAS

The client is responsible for ensuring their boat's compliance and providing the necessary information.

Article 8 - Prohibited Uses:

Article 8.1 It is strictly prohibited to use our services for illegal purposes, to distribute harmful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to confidential data.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property:

Article 9.1 All content published on our website or in our materials (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of BATAL SAS and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.

Article 10 - Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Article 10.1 BATAL SAS reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The new conditions will apply as soon as they are published on the website.

Article 10.2 It is the client’s responsibility to regularly check for updates to the GTCS.

Article 11 - Personal Data:
